All employees must pass a rigorous screening process before being sent to a client facility. The screening process includes: qualification verification, criminal background investigation and drug test.
To execute work orders in a timely manner a typical service level agreement will include: 24 hour response time as to availability, 72 hour to complete screening, 90% of order filled within 7 days, and 100% of order filled within 10 days.
We have multiple office locations to effectively serve the needs of our clients and have procedures and systems in place to accurately identify and mobilize personnel quickly.
